Older facility. Special equipment for patients needs was not available most of the time.Transport vehicles were broken and relied on borrowed vehicle. They were very receptive to families’s needs and concerns. Constant attention to details of patients safety seemed to be constant.

I'd give them no stars. Disgusting facility. Cockroaches. No updates. Staff do not check residents during the night. The nurse, Shelby, is disrespectful and puts the residents down. One resident she told to take a bath because she was tired of smelling her piss when she walked down the hall. So hateful to residents and staff. Bad attitude. Needs her licensed revoked.
