Dad's nurse manager, Darcy, went above and beyond to help him get the appropriate care he needs. Also the Culinary Director, April, has been very helpful in taking care of his dietary needs. She has also gone above and beyond to take care of him.

Laurels Peak is a clean, comfortable and well maintained facility. There are engaging activities offered daily that keep residents active and socially connected. The nurses and caregivers are attentive, patient and dedicated to the residents well being.

Laurels Peak offers an environment that is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained to create a comfortable space for residents and their families. Having a large family, we appreciated the different Areas throughout the facility that were available to visit during my grandmothers stay. Another aspect that stood out the most is the incredible staff from management to the direct care floor staff and therapy team. They were all compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent care. It’s clear they keep the residents care top priority and are an active advocate for them. I’m so grateful for the level of support they offered to my grandmother and her family during her rehab stay. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality short term rehab care!

The staff at Laurels Peak are welcoming from the moment you walk in the door, greeting you with a smile and great customer service. The social services and nursing team have the residents best interest at heart! The facility offers services for all different levels of care.

Aviod this place and all they're other centers under the monarch parent company. They are a joke from the administration to the cna and nurses. The place is old and horrible broken unsafe stuff everywhere. Unless you don't care about the person you will put in this facility and they're sister facilities avoid it.
