Crystal Seasons is a wonderful place! Staff are friendly people who truly care about your loved ones. They are local professionals who are invested in the Lake Crystal community, which includes the residents at Crystal Seasons. They answer questions in a timely manner and thoroughly explain/clarify things you need to know about policies, monthly statements, and other things. My dad has a beautiful apartment. He loves the food and is eating much better than he did when he lived independently. He enjoys visiting with the CNAs who help him with things. I have met several of the residents and they are also friendly, helpful people. It is evident when you walk in the door that effort is put into making Crystal Seasons Living Center a safe, welcoming place to live and to visit.
