the head of director will be losing her job 😁 for her to allow for malnourishment and negligence in the facility is not okay. Her name will get reported to the state.

Avoid this place – terrible wait times and poor care.I am extremely disappointed with how this business treats its patients. They do not take good care of the people coming to them for help. I had to wait for hours just to be seen, showing a complete lack of respect for patients' time and well-being. The lack of proper attention and care is unacceptable. I do not recommend coming here if you want quality care and professional service.

It is extremely difficult to reach anyone in a position of authority at this facility. Despite being told that Amanda is the person in charge, I have been unable to speak with her or any director, administrator, or patient liaison. The phone number provided for administration is rarely, if ever, answered, and staff are unable to provide clear information or direct calls appropriately. In the times I have visited my relative at this facility, I have personally witnessed Amanda speaking to employees in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I have also made several attempts to address my concerns directly with her, but she is consistently unavailable and cannot be found in her office. Communication appears to be a significant issue, as calls often go unanswered and concerns cannot be addressed with management. Given these ongoing difficulties, I believe the facility’s operations and oversight should be reviewed. It may be worthwhile for Adult Protective Services to look into these concerns. Because my attempts to resolve these matters directly with facility management have been unsuccessful, I will also be forwarding this report about Amanda to the corporate office for further review and investigation.
