They have a very bad customer service and administration this company (low income )likes to take money from elderly people, (older the 65) they don’t care about them and, when they rent the apartment the apartment is dirty but when you leave ,this company will charge you for paint and cleaning ,even though they didn’t give the apartment clean nether painted and on top of this ,the (manager)administration stole money from the poor people. Like my father (a 91 year old) he had to pay twice the rent because one of the managers lost the money order:/ also initially they ask for a deposit of $300.00 and at the end they return only the half ,because the rest is to clean the apartment and painting…,, so this people are making money and taking advantage of elderly people , be careful and please don’t rent , don’t make the same mistakes we did when my father was alive:(
