HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO REPLACE THAT NORA. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I CANT BELIEVE THIS PLACE TOLERATES PEOPLE LIKE HER. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! I CANT BELIVE THEY HAVE HER WORKING THERE!!!! SHE HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND BLAMES EVERYONE ELSE FOR HER MISTAKES.

My mom was a patient here for a few years. She received the most excellent care. The staff was patient and kind. Although she didn't care for the food, there were always accomodations made for her. She was always clean as well as the facility is always clean. Her most favorite person as well as my daughters and mine is Jessica. Shes very kind and is an amazing person. Thank you for all the care and love you-all have showed my mom.
