My mother was in this this nursing home for 10 months. I fully recommend this establishment for your loved ones. All the staff here are very empathetic, friendly and extremely helpful. My family and I are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to EVERYONE here...they all made our experience easier and made us feel very welcomed. May God bless each and everyone of them... they're all ANGELS.

Very disappointed in the lack of care and treatment my mother received. While the employees there where very nice and food was good but they would leave my mom on the toilet unattended, staff was overheard gossiping about other resident there. Once we had meeting with team to review care plan they lied numerous times about the care. It looks great while you’re there under 10 minutes. If you have loved ones there please stay there longer and visit so you can see the lack of care.

It is disappointing to see the negative reviews of Oasis. The staff here is dedicated to providing the best care possible with positive results. You can see this on the Oasis Facebook page with our Success Stories in therapy. My door is always open to anyone if they have issues or concerns about the care here or the condition of the facility. Recent pictures have shown where a cosmetic repair needs attention, it is not a structural problem.
Nursing homes are highly regulated by CMS and the State, you can see how we rank on the CMS Nursing Home Compare site.
I would invite anyone to stop by and tour Oasis to see it first hand.

Oasis Nursing is truly an “Oasis” for skilled nursing, therapy services or long-term care in El Paso. Great staff and the food is fantastic. The building has renovation project in process, and they cannot wait to show it off!
