It's disgusting in there. My great grandmother had poop underneath her fingernails, she was incredibly unclean, it smells like manure in there, they treat these people like trash. I hate this place, this place is absolutely terrible. Please do not put your grandparents in this facility, It will shorten their life and ruin their quality of life. It sucks in there, staff are terrible. I beg of you, please no one come here.

Staff has been great, from their front desk to Bertha and Yvonne their admission director and social worker. I can honestly say they will take care of your family as if it was their own. I am very grateful for all of their support.

I went to ask the ADON a question about my father’s care and was told by her she was too busy to talk. DON never ever available.

Update on 04/30/2026:
She still loves it there. Stays busy where now when we call, she doesn't even answer. Calls later "I was busy doing ..." whatever game or activity they had going on at the time. They've even had visits with zoo animals being brought over! I'm late getting the photos on here, but they're added now.

Original in 2025:
My mother-in-law has been there for 6 months and she's hardly having any more seizures (easily increased by stress), she has made friends and is enjoying the activities. We saw the calendar on the wall and thought, yeah right, you do all that. But they really do. Bingo, Karaoke, live band, card games, even happy hours! We opt to pick up her laundry every week for her, but they do have a laundry facility on site. There's also a hair stylist and physical therapist and a doctor who can be their primary if you want to switch over.

After the first few weeks of being upset, she settled in, we got her a TV to mount and a small FM radio. She's doing just fine. Initially arrived on cash, then switched over to Medicaid with the help of the staff.
