There is room for improvement in every nursing home. This place is not that bad. Administration is doing their best to keep everyone happy and healthy. I was there 5years and made a lot simple exercises for you to alone,as really pushing you to motivate you to come to work out when ya just don’t feel like.it. I miss seeing them. I’d recommend

This is a nice quiet nursing home on a dead end street. It is next to a forest preserve and peaceful. The building is clean and the staff are all very caring and nice. A great option if you need nursing care.

THEY DO NOT SHOWER YOUR LOVED ONE, OR CHANGE SHEETS, THEY DO NOT FEED YOUR LOVED ONES. THE ELEVATOR DOOR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, MEDICAL EQIPMENT LEFT OUTSIDE. DO THEY USE FLOOR SOAP ON FOOD TRAYS - THE SAME WATER AS THEY CLEAN THE FLOORS, SAW THIS ON 11/1/25 WHEN I ASKED THEM TO HELP CLEAN THE FOOD TRAY. CLOGGED SINK AND IMPROPER EQUIPMENT OR LEFT OUTSIDE - RODENT TRAPS. PLUS IF RESIDENT COMPLAIN THEY REPORT THEY ARE REPORTED AS VERBAL. They put MRSA carrier patients in with general roommate situation, leave windows open, fans running with high AC for those who have blood clots and bad circulation. The rooms are tiny and no room to put to people in the same room. Pneumonia occurring, creating a health concern. oddly another nursing home made sure sign posted on the door and patient received their own room as recommended for MRSA. No Medicine or Shower schedule. Crunchy cold food. Wheelchair is too big to use the bathroom in the room. Also no cushion for the wheelchair. Medical supplies tossed by the garbage bin. Outside garbage can overflows. Patients smoking cigarettes less then 15 feet away from the building.
