Let's start with the Terrible administration, doesnt report abuse to keep the state out of the building. Don has inappropriate photos on Facebook. Residents are easily able to bring in drugs. Psych residents lives on the geriatric floors with resident who are unable to defend themselves. Hr is mean and suffering from the affects of an abusive relationship, takes it out on staff. Staffing is terrible, agency is taking over the building quality of care is failing. No drug and alcohol treatment for ex addicts. Sex education is non existent, no protection given to active residents. I know all facilities have issues. But the drug problem in the building is obscene. Many residents are often high as a kite. I don't know what my options are. I have proof of all that im saying. The rodents and roaches is beyond control. The kitchen staff Is unsanitary and rude. Most staff can't even perform basic cpr. The administrator woos the state employees with meals when they come in for complaints to sway the outcome. I have pics and willing to post. My name is Nicole t.

I had my mother here for week at this facility and I met the nicest nurse the wound nurse Latrina she made sure all my mother's needs were met and just want thank her for servicing my mother and caring for her thanks so much for all your help

TLDR; Highly Advisable to search elsewhere. I was advised there was a bed ready for my father, but upon arrival they were painting the room. There was an intention to put my father in a freshly painted room where the windows open up very minimally. At that time, I was told there was a temporary room available for him. The pictures are of that room and their state upon arrival. Deplorable conditions, even for an animal. It felt more like a homeless shelter than a place to heal. Only one elevator works, making travel extremely time consuming as it passes your level or it just opens up without traveling anywhere. The entire floor smelled like urine. Definitely not isolated to one room, it was the entire floor. These people definitely are not getting the help they need, and it’s truly heartbreaking. The assistant administrator did his absolute best to alleviate the situation. Very pleasant individual who articulated that it was the hospitals decision to commit to transportation at a premature time. Good intentions, but executed outrageously terrible. Take care and I hope you find the care you need, this won’t cut it. No, I will not contact your administration to discuss this matter at a later date. Parkshore Estates fails tremendously in the care of their patients. Please do better.

Please Please read these reviews. Go in Infinity nursing home site and see all the facilities they own. Skim through the 5 star comments and see for yourself they are employees and corporate. No Communication, Rude!!!!

I’ll start this review by saying no one’s perfect We all face different obstacles and life brings us trials and tribulations more often than not with that being said I came to parkshore estates in October of 23 here it is November of 25 and I must say it’s been 1 hell of a journey I have hidrenitis supprativa I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and a fiberation upon my arrival I was 453lbs I’m currently 333lbs with a lot more work to do with the help of the staff and special support from there wound care department dr.applewhite and wound care nurse latrina where very attentive and caring giving me emotional support and guidance through every phase of my healing and weight lost journey after 5 long years I am preparing to have an extensive surgery on my scrotum and groin area and there is no doubt in my mind that the staff and wound care team is gonna take good care of me and nurse me back to good health like they’ve continued to do over the last 2 years.
