My uncle arrived at Lakeside after open heart surgery and spent 20 days under the care of the staff there, and was treated with the utmost care, compassion, and professionalism. He was able to get stronger under their supervision and utilize the physical therapy services on site to prepare for independent living and continued recovery at home. The outcome has been successful! We highly recommend Lakeside Nursing and Rehab Center. I especially want to thank Roxanne Moreno for the assessment and intake, and for Tiffany Salazar-Fowler, who was amazing at every step of admission and his settling in. Tiffany was our point person for every immediate need, helping him settle in, feel safe and comfortable, and was my interface with nursing, meals, and meds. She was incredibly helpful! And for Kia Martinez, thank you for the office help as we printed and signed documents for my uncle. Many more to thank on the floor, nursing staff, PT therapists, and meals, which I am told were really good. Thanks again. Extremely grateful!

Lakeside Nursing & Rehabilitation has been a great partner to work with. The team is professional, communicative, and genuinely focused on providing quality care for their residents. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio, making it easy for families to visit. They also work with Veterans, which is a valuable resource for our community. Overall, I've had positive experiences with their staff and appreciate their commitment to helping residents receive the care they need.
