If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this facility are some of the most careless and apathetic people I have ever encountered. There is a shocking lack of compassion, urgency, and professionalism. Many employees seem more bothered by having to do their jobs than concerned about the well-being of the people in their care. Patients deserve kindness, respect, and attention, but too often they appear to be treated like an inconvenience. It is deeply disturbing to see such little concern for vulnerable individuals who rely on staff for their daily needs. I would never trust this facility with someone I love.

Passionate CNA Training L.L.C would like to say thanks to the staff, everyone was very nice to the students. They made us feel very welcomed. We will love to come back. The building is very clean, resident are well taken care of on all levels.
