My advice is to visit in person whenever possible. You can call the building and speak with the receptionist, but if you're transferred, the call will typically ring a few times before disconnecting. You may have to call back multiple times before reaching someone, and even then you're likely to be told that no one is available and asked to leave a message. In my experience, return calls are uncommon.

Our family had a deeply disappointing experience at this facility. In less than two months, our loved one’s condition declined significantly. We observed a lack of attentive care from much of the nursing staff, with minimal patient engagement. The patient’s bathroom remained uncleaned for extended periods. Medications were not consistently administered on schedule, with the exception of one experienced nurse who showed a stronger sense of responsibility. Arranging temporary home visits was unnecessarily difficult. When we decided to discharge our loved one, the administration reacted in a highly unprofessional manner, calling a meeting with staff in a way that felt inappropriate and dismissive of our family’s decision. We also observed inadequate hygiene conditions and concerns regarding proper nutrition. The food quality appeared very poor. Additionally, the air conditioning system was outdated and not functioning properly, making the room and environment uncomfortable. Overall, we felt our loved one did not receive the level of care, dignity, and attention that any patient deserves. We strongly urge families to carefully evaluate their options before choosing this facility.

I wish that I could give negative stars. They’ve almost killed my mom for separate times in the less than a year that she’s been there. They have coerced her into opening a bank account so that they can take full control and access to all of her funds, they do not feed the patients properly. My mother has been in the hospital for two weeks now because of a UTI that turned into such a severe infection that I cannot even see my mother because the infection is so deeply into her body and so contagious that it could possibly kill me if I come into contact with my own mother, I have to wear a hazmat outfit to be able to see my mother and this is all stemming from a UTI. This place is hell do you want to Send one of your loved ones somewhere to die slowly this would be the place. The nurses don’t care about any of the patients. The administration is 10 times worse because they constantly harass you look for paperwork because they want money and then turn around and that’s not good enough. They then try to come after the patient’s family. They have been reported to the BBB on team dozen times they opened in the 50s. The dirt from the 50s is still on the floor in there. They do not clean any other premises. My mother is in a wheelchair and cannot walk independently. They require her to change her own diaper. I have tried to speak to you. I’m teen dozen people about these issues and nobody can help me. There is only one person there that actually genuinely cares about his patience and I hope that he leaves soon because these are all disgusting horrible people that need to be in prison for the way that they treat people the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s horrible. It’s shockingly bad I cry daily knowing that my mother is there and there’s nothing I can do right now, but I can now the her insurance is coming through when she is out of the hospital. She will not be going there and I’ve already gotten a lawyer and I am suing the heck out of them so you won’t have the opportunity to be able to even attempt to go there because I am going to have them shut down. I have documentations of everything. I have taken pictures of everything I have recordings of the way that they speak about and to the patients it is absolutely horrible. I pray that other people stay far far far away or you won’t have a person to love when you’re done.

The kitchen staff at this nursing home truly go above and beyond. Every meal is prepared with care, and you can tell they genuinely value the residents’ health and happiness. The food is consistently well-cooked, nutritious, and thoughtfully presented, with attention to special dietary needs and preferences.

Not even one star they deserve. Do not take your loved one there. This place is inhumane. Totally disgusting. Took my husband there and I signed him right out. Transferred him there from the hospital got there and the bed was unmade. A ripped mattress. The room was filthy, the smell of urine and vomit was very overwhelming. The laid him in the bed with just a dirty sheet on it. When I asked them to better seat him down, the nurse brought in a wheelchair from the 1500s full of mold, rusty and all broken up. His diet was small soft bites, but they served him a hot dog for dinner, incredible. I asked to speak to the manager to voice all my concerns and all I got from her was the cold shoulder and told me there was nothing they could do. I deeply DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, unless you want your loved one to suffer humility and be in a very dangerous environment or even a very high risk of getting hurt or even worse, death.
