My family has had a wonderful experience with Kind Senior Care. My mother is bedbound, and we wanted to bring her home from the facility she was in, but we needed reliable care to be with her especially when we are at work and overnight. Kind Senior Care has made that possible. Their caregivers are consistently kind, compassionate, and attentive. Communication from the agency has been excellent, and they have been very reliable with staffing and scheduling. Having their team with my mom gives my wife and me tremendous peace of mind. It allows us to have her at home, spend time with her throughout the day, and still manage work and daily life so we can truly enjoy the time we have with her. The executive director, Monica, has been outstanding. She stays on top of everything—from staffing to coordinating with hospice providers when needed. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support they’ve provided and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Kind Senior Care was an enormous help to my family at a time when my elderly father unexpectedly came to live with us. Our lives were suddenly upside down with the responsibility of caring for him as well as two school age kids and work. Kind Senior Care provided personal, thoughtful and reliable help for my father over the course of several months. They made a real effort to send caregivers who were a good personal match for him. Some of these people were truly gifted in their caregiver role. Communication from Kind Senior Care was prompt and clear. In working with them, I always felt I was working with professional, compassionate people, not an anonymous corporation. I would highly recommend working with this company if an elderly person in your life needs care and companionship.

I highly recommend Kind Senior Care. Their attentiveness, sincerity, and high quality of care has made a tough situation that much easier. The communication overall was as good as it could be which ensured a smooth process and adaptation to changing daily circumstances which can be very challenging for all involved. Most importantly, it was obvious that they are not just doing a required job - but they truly care about their client's wellbeing.

We had such a great experience working with the team at Kind Care. They are informative, responsive, and great at what they do!!! My dad needed 24/7 care after a surgery. Monica met him at rehab before going home to ensure he would be safe at home, and to better understand his needs during recovery. Without exception, all of his care givers were amazing!

When home care was needed suddenly, Kind Senior Care was highly recommended. Monica was professional, down to earth, and always reachable. The staff was so helpful, especially with supporting the OT and PT services when needed. They kept our family member on track with her exercises and more importantly, kept her safe so that she could reach her goal of being independent again! While I hope we never need their services again, Kind Senior Services would be my first call! Again, thank you to the whole team!
