Nichole, We are so incredibly appreciative that hospice directed us to your facility. The stress and anxiety we were all going through prior to transferring from Harbor Chase to Heron House was crushing. You and your staff provided such care and grace that everyone was free to grieve. Mom was so comfortable and well cared for in her final days!

The staff and leadership at Heron House were thoughtful, kind, and skilled and the facility itself was clean and welcoming. Heron House made dad's last months wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough!

The owners and staff of Heron House are beyond the best! My mother spent the final month of her life there, and I couldn't have wished for a more caring and warm place for her to live during her period of declining health. I wished she'd had more time living there to enjoy the lovely setting and community, but HH staff were there when she and her family needed them most. My mother told me repeatedly on my visits how much she liked living at HH, and the staff always told me how much they enjoyed caring for my mother. I left each visit feeling reassured and blessed. Thank you, Nichole, and all the beautiful people who work at Heron House. You are doing incredible work that really counts in people's lives.

Nicole and her team helped my family beyond words!!! The team at Heron House all are trained individuals full of love, respect and gave my dad the dignity he so deserved. These people know their stuff and I would never hesitate to use Heron House again.
