Trying to call to check on my dad and their phone number keeps going to different patents rooms. They put him as private pay even though insurance should have covered it. They emotionally abused him. They decided to move him out while he was away from a fall and Brittany told me I had 3 days to pack up his stuff but when I arrived the next day Brittany had told the staff to immediately told them to pack up his stuff knowing I was coming to get it myself. Trash and unprofessional behavior
