I am extremely pleased with this place. My mom is very happy and comfortable here. The staff is amazing and the place is always clean. It's made our life easier having a great place for mom. Thank you

I have a relative living here and she is not receiving the best care that she should. The staff has no Empathy for the residents. It is also very difficult to call the facility to speak with anyone on updates of your loved ones, as I am in CT. Yesterday took me calling 5 times before I connected. This also is not a clean facility. Very disappointed in the care, cleanliness and compassion that is not given to these residents.
