I have been very impressed with the kindness shown to my husband since his placement at Brentwood. The staff has also reached out to me numerous times, reminding me they are also here for me. During this most difficult time they have comforted me more than once. Everyone is extremely patient with my husband and seem to really enjoy him as an individual.

Brentwood is a clean and tidy facility. The staff is thoughtful and caring. The residents are encouraged to interact and participate in daily activities that are appropriate. Communication with family on health and social issues was consistent and valued. The business department is efficient and worked with us. Our loved one spent over three years at Brentwood. We are grateful to all.

Spoke with Kansas Stash, Dir. of Admissions & Marketing. I went to Brentwood without an appointment - asked to talk with Ms Stash about possible admissions there for my sister & her care. Ms Stash was very receptive, informative, listened, asked pertinent questions & helpfully guided me through what I needed to do on behalf of my sister. Her willingness, informative delivery & helpfulness showed me that the Brentwood facility would be a good fit for my 92 year old sister. This facility much closer to where I live to see my sister regularly. Ms Stash is an efficient positive representative on behalf of this care facility. This place is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The price information is not relevant to me because my father’s insurance covers a necessary short term stay. The building is not glamorous, but it is clean and functional. The food has been satisfactory for my dad’s tastes. Staff made a serious effort to find activities Dad would enjoy and engage in, but respected his choice to rest in most of his down time. The important part is the care and attention he gets here. That has been excellent. He is treated with kindness and respect, and the staff includes me (medical power of attorney)and my feedback in the decision making process to provide the most appropriate and realistic therapeutic plan for getting him home safely. They have gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable while he’s there, wishing he could be home already.

Very nice CNA's and nurses. Nice atmosphere and programs and activities are good. PT and OT were pleasant to work with and very helpful in my recovery. Should have some female CNA'S on overnight, some light pull cords need replacement so they are easier to reach. Some meals were good others not so much. All in all I did enjoy my stay and my children (6) were satisfied having me there.
