Mom got very scared and a bit difficult at times. Staff did as good as they could for Mom given all the challenges. They were kind and helpful until I completed the necessary cleanout.<br><br>RIP Mom!<br><br>Kudos KP@TB!

Staff is generally nice up front, but then gives me grief. They had a lot more reviews (not by me) and they have since been removed to show they are higher rates then what the truth is.<br>A beautiful living facility, but the staff will fool you until they show there true colors.<br>"How can I make your day" is the opening line when I call in and then they hang up on me while I'm being polite asking about my mother who lives there.<br><br>I have so much I could say about this place, both good and bad.

My dad's quality of life has improved immensely since he moved to Keystone. He gets great care, lots of enrichment and (most important) LOVE. The staff is incredible and we feel like family. Thank God for Keystone.

My husband and I toured for a possible home for my husband’s Mother. We were very impressed with the facility. Christine and Mary gave us a tour and told us about all the awesome activities they have and got the feeling of how the residents are well cared for and treated with respect. We will definitely consider Keystone Place at Terra Bella if she moves to our area.

I would give Keystone Place 6 stars if I could! I spent today playing Bingo and going to Happy Hour with my father. The positive energy there is amazing! My dad has such great care in Assisted Living. I feel blessed that he is in such a wonderful environment!
