Stay VERY far away from this absolute disaster of a facility! Multiple issues with staffing, resident care and over all cleanliness of the building throughout. Some areas outside are literally falling apart, carpets are filthy and the kitchen is disgusting! Needs a total overhaul! DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE here!!!

As a professional I came to say that Chapman Manor has provided compassionate care for one of my clients who was not at all certain in her heart that she could leave her home. They exhibited calm in the storm of this uncertainty and forthright observations for a person in deep despair so that resolutions could be pursued. Chapman caregivers like Treasure and Sandra of the contracted Home Health care company, have been meticulous in their observations and extension of care for my client. Facing relocation due to health and loss of a beloved pet who was a lifeline my client certainly had a path of adjustment ahead of her. Thank you for your dedication to this community.

The staff seems very attentive and everyone is well informed. They offer many activities for the residents and the food is good, the environment is secure and if there's a problem, the staff is very quick to address it, for instance, if a resident falls down or needs medical assistance, they will arrange to get them to a hospital and call the family member right away

I am very happy and my Mom is very happy at Chapman Manor Assisted Living. The staff is wonderful. Mom has been there for 5 years.

Absolutely horrible experience placing my brother there. He was evicted without prior notice after 3 weeks, they kept the $2500 Community Fee, and used ACH to take out the next month's fees. Then, they did not provide a full refund. One Star is generous.
