I was only there to visit the CNAs and all the rest of the girls were very friendly the whole place smell good and all the patients look like they were being well taken care of that I could see.

It was encouraging as we left our friend to know the nurses assured us they would take good care of him..This will be his last placement and he knows this...All of his needs can be cared for there... he called it "Home Sweet Home". Today is his birthday and the nurses said he would get 🎂 at supper !! Thank these nurses who give all they have day after day ❤️

Our sister with advanced dementia moved to the center in May 2025. During her time there the staff worked together to make her stay as comfortable as possible. They were proactive with her care and made some very meaningful and impactful recommendations that improved her quality of life. Unfortunately, she passed away in September. She was in 2 memory care facilities prior and Kennebunk far exceeded the level of care she received. Her nursing team was outstanding and we will forever be grateful to them.

Visited a family member that is new here so we were worried about the adjustment. All staff was very kind to him and us. He is very comfortable. Clean facility. We especially appreciated the young woman that does their weekend activities. She was very attentive, patient and kind to my brother in law. Even with a communication barrier, she made him feel welcome. We are very pleased with the facility so far.

The overall atmosphere is a true reflection of how the team is working extremely hard creating a warm and welcoming environment. You can't help but match everyone's smiles when you're there. It is so refreshing to see this! Everything was bright and immaculate. Most importantly, the pts/residents looked happy and well cared for. The staff is doing an outstanding job! 👏👏
