Heaven Sent provided me with a Personal Support Specialist, Karen, who is the most wonderful woman. She has changed my life. I can take care of myself better. Eat healthier. Live in a cleaner environment. Pick up groceries. My life has improved exponentially. Karen is my PSS, and her managers, Kristie and April, are so flexible, understand, and problem solving. I'm so grateful.
