We had a great experience getting our loved one placed in a wonderful care home, under a quite urgent timeline. Jennifer went out of her way to help explore options, and coordinate the whole process. We are grateful for all the help and personal level of support throughout!

Jennifer is detailed, thorough, patient and empathetic. There are so many factors that go into the transition to additional care, and she helped to ask the right questions and inform us about what options would be the best fit for our scenario. So informative and saved us a lot of time!!

I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Jen Givens while navigating the process of finding the right memory care facility for my mom. This was an emotional and overwhelming journey for our family, and I truly didn’t know where to begin. She was there every step of the way, helping me understand my options, answering my many questions, and guiding me toward facilities that would be the best fit for my mom’s needs.<br><br>What meant the most to me was the compassion and understanding she showed throughout the entire process. She made me feel heard, supported, and never alone during a very difficult transition for our family. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made an incredibly challenging experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>I will always be grateful for the kindness and reassurance she gave me when I needed it most. Jen was amazing from day one. She listens and ask questions to see where you are in your search for your family member/friend. She is very caring and always supportive. She knows the area well and can help you find what you are looking for. She set up tours for me and always checked back with me to see what I liked or didn’t like about the facility I visited. We ultimately selected a place that she recommended. It was a good fit. I turned to her again when my parent’s needs changed and she was as helpful as the first time. I would highly recommend Jen and her co-worker.
