Jen was amazing from day one. She listens and ask questions to see where you are in your search for your family member/friend. She is very caring and always supportive. She knows the area well and can help you find what you are looking for. She set up tours for me and always checked back with me to see what I liked or didn’t like about the facility I visited. We ultimately selected a place that she recommended. It was a good fit. I turned to her again when my parent’s needs changed and she was as helpful as the first time. I would highly recommend Jen and her co-worker.

Coastal transitions helped my family find a safe home for our beloved family member. They simplified an incredibly complex process for us with efficiency, kindness, and grace. Jen was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during a very stressful period of transitioning my dad from home to assisted living. She had contacts at most of the facilities and knew the ins and outs of the different rules and regulations. I would highly recommend getting in touch with her if you are overwhelmed and not sure where to turn. Honestly, she's an angel and there should be more people/services like hers.

I worked with Jen Givens and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I talked to her about my needs for my mom, she said “I’m on it” and boy, was she! She was Johnny-on-the-spot for everything. She helped me find a place for my mom within hours and anyone who’s tried doing this, knows that’s amazing. She was in touch with me all the time and has checked on the progress with me consistently. She really cares and wants to help. She truly helped to make this anxiety inducing process so much easier. Gave me so much relief to know how much she was doing. Just truly outstanding.

I contacted Jen with Coastal Transitions for assistance to help us find an assisted living or memory care facility for my father in law. We weren't sure what the best placement for him was. Jen was very helpful and informative. She emailed me a list of different facilities and helped me narrow down the options based on his needs. Jen was always professional, kind, and supportive. She always communicated with me in a timely manner, either by phone or text. She set up tours for us and contacted the facility on our behalf. She was always in touch with me to see how things were going. Jen was my go to person when I had questions and just needed support. She was always there whenever I needed her support and guidance. It was quite difficult trying to find a facility based on his needs and availability, but in the end it all worked out. Jen helped me to find a facility for my father in law and it has worked out beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend Jen! She is the best!❤️
