My brother and sister stay at kannapolis health and rehabilitation and they get the worst care! .. I wouldn't put my dog n there ... The staff is lazy and they don't care Abt the patients ... My brother went a whole day without a diaper change ... The staff is loud hollering down one hall at the other staff talking and kidding around .... The staff just comes there to get a pay CK ... It's not quiet there ... I killed two cockroaches n my brother's room today ... They don't feed them enough food on their plates so they r always hungry and they haveta have snacks .. it's not a clean place at all!! That place is so run down.. looks like it's been neglected for decades .. if you love your family don't put them n there! .. it's a death row sentence to b there... Getting them out asap !!!

I spent 6 months here. When I got here I was in bad shape, no one really knowing how I would come along, or if I would. But slowly but surely with the care and therapy I received, as I write this I am 2 days from going home. The doctors & nurses took care of me medically, and the CNAs took care of my daily needs. I could not be more grateful to them and to Kannapolis Health & Rehabilitation as a whole.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Kannapolis Rehab for the care they provided to my mother during her recovery. The team is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, treating patients with genuine compassion and gentle care. As my mother prepares to return home stronger and ready to continue outpatient therapy, we are truly grateful for the support and dedication shown by everyone at the facility. The staff made a meaningful difference in her recovery, and we will miss them. While the building itself could benefit from some updates and feels a bit outdated, the quality of care and the warmth of the staff more than make up for it. Their commitment to patients is what truly stands out. Thank you again to the entire team for everything you’ve done.

This place is horrible! My mother almost died in there. They do not care about the patients or their health. Some days my mom wouldn't get dinner. They would leave her in her bed laying in urine all day and rarely checked on her. Most times, her call button did not work, so she couldn't get anyone to come to her room when she needed someone. The staff is very unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Anytime I wanted to talk to someone about my mother, I would have to go to the facility. My mom got an ear infection and they were not doing anything for her. She couldn't walk because they rarely got her out of bed for physical therapy. When they would get her up and put her in a chair, they would leave her there for long hours and never check on her. My mom had to go to the ER 3x while she was there because the staff was not taking my mom's health situations seriously. The last time she was in congestive heart failure and they said nothing was wrong with her. When medics came, they were upset because my mother was really bad and needed immediate care! It's a dirty, smelly place, and the food is disgusting and always cold. DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. The worst place ever. I did not let her go back when she was released, and I found a new place to take her. Within no time, she was walking and doing really good and was able to go home.

Great team here at Kannapolis Health and Rehabilitation! The staff all working together during the winter storm to ensure the residents were taken care of. The Administrator cooked for the staff so that they were taken care of as well. What a positive and caring group folks.
