Michelle and her agency are beyond wonderful. It had been a very long time since we had seen my husband’s grandfather, his house was never what I would call spotless and since he was now living alone we were fully prepared to find his home unkept and in disarray. Not only was his house clean it was immaculate compared to anything we had ever seen there. Everything was tidy and organized. He just ranted and raved about the care he was receiving and the company he was enjoying. We got to meet his care provider and get to know her. She was a delight and hilarious. She seemed to truly care about his well-being and was even helping him start the difficult process of sorting through his daughter’s belongings who had passed the year prior. Since she started providing care for him, he is now being brought into current technology and does all his bill pay in banking online, he plays chess on the computer, and she seems to really keep him on his toes. We really couldn’t have asked for more and feel so delighted and lucky that he has her and it puts our hearts at ease, knowing she is there to care for him.

Michelle and her crew are fantastic! My mother needed more and more care and supervision. Plus mom was very particular about her companions and Michelle managed to find the perfect fit for her. I am very grateful that I was referred to Kalibra. I always knew that mom was in good hands. I highly recommend their services.

Our family could not have made it through the past few months without Michelle and her crew. Both our parents needed care around the clock. One of our parents has dementia and was extremely difficult to handle. They came in and took control and gave us a much needed break. Michelle and her team care about their patients. Our parents were treated with dignity and respect. I can’t recommend Kalibra enough. You and your loved one will be very happy.

Sylvie -owner and Michelle - manager are wonderful, positive and heartfelt woman who are kind, friendly and genuinely want to help provide some relief. It can sometimes be overwhelming providing the best care for your family member. They are here to help! I love this company and appreciate deeply all they have done.
