We recently purchased our new home in this vibrant 55+ K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons Community at Kent Island, Maryland. The entire experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The community is beautifully designed with miles of scenic walking/biking trails along the Chester River on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. It offers many great amenities that support our active lifestyle. We especially love the sense of community and all the activities available to residents. A special thank you to our sales representative, Alyssa Tarsa, who was very knowledgeable and always available to answer questions throughout the process. We also want to recognize our building contractor, Tom Thibault, for the quality, craftmanship and attention to detail in our new home. Any questions or minor concerns were handled promptly and professionally. Buying my forever home at Four Seasons at Kent Island has been a life changing decision for me . Reset button ! My sales agent Alyssa has been with me from the beginning and even after I moved in to assist in anyway or to simply wave hello as she zooms by in the golf cart . Any home issues have been swiftly responded to by the home warranty team . I still work but I feel often I live on a college campus with all the social events, new friends and my pickle ball play! Thanks FSK team !!!

I moved in to a single family home in August last year. I love living here! The community amenities - especially the walking trails - are wonderful. I have also enjoyed several activities/clubs, and most everyone I have met so far has been very welcoming. My neighbors are great! My house was completed on time and the few punch-list items I have had have been addressed by KHOV in a timely manner. My special thanks and appreciation to Alyssa T for exceptionally fine work managing the selection and purchase process with me. She was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, communicative and a joy to work with!

My husband and I have been here for closer to two years. When we met Alyssa, she probably had no idea how long it would take us to finally decide. But it actually took us 12 months. We were going back-and-forth on whether or not we wanted a 55+ community in Northern Virginia or move on the other side of the bridge. Took about six visits with Alyssa driving us around in the golf cart till we finally made the decision. She was very knowledgeable very patient and became a friend during the entire process. Even though the decision took a long time, it was the best decision we made. We are in the Kerr Model and it is perfect for the two of us and our two doggies. The community is wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming and there is plenty to do. You can be as active as you want with something happening almost every day & and night. We are so thankful that we had such a good buying experience with Alyssa.

Four Seasons at Kent Island had been on our watch list for a few years as we approached retirement. Then my wife and I met Dylan Sammons, our FSKI sales consultant, and after touring some model homes and learning more about the club house with amenities plus activities we knew it was time to select our lot and floor plan. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision and Dylan made the entire process simple and enjoyable with no stress. The water views are very calming to the soul and you could not ask for better neighbors. My wife and I enjoy all the local restaurants, businesses, shopping, farmers markets, etc., and the convenience to Annapolis. If you’re in the market for a new home and a tight knit community with tons of activities, then FSKI should be considered for your new home and lifestyle.
