My family member received outstanding care here. The admissions staff were so helpful and available to answer all of my questions. Audubon features beautiful grounds, extremely clean facilities, and kind and attentive staff. Be aware the the "private" bathroom is actually a Jack and Jill set up between two patient rooms. Not all patients are mobile enough to use it, though, so it might end up being a private bath for the patient with the most mobility. We were extremely pleased with the facility, groups, staff and care, and recommend Audubon Retirement Village very highly!

I’m here at Audubon for rehab due to an injury. I can’t say anything but great things. I stayed in other facilities for rehab before and this is ‘by far’ the best. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lots of activities, good food, comfortable rooms and great staff. I’m here for 20 days, currently on day 14 and not once have I had anything negative to report or complain about. I’m happy that I was excepted into this facility for my rehab and recovery.

A $16 million renovation means nothing if the facility forces residents to soil diapers and is understaffed. Who comes up with the star ratings, David Vitter? Wound care specialists will tell you that diapers cause horrid injuries, and anyone with actual healthcare knowledge knows it's a bad idea. Oh, and maybe check into whether you're using Contact Form 7 or some other plug-in that has issues because you aren't replying to online inquiries...

Don’t let the $16 million Reno fool you…building is pretty but the care sucks, no one answers the phone or call bells and the corporation behind it is nothing but greedy. Screwed my loved one’s insurance all up and blamed it on her…who has dementia. How did that happen??? Commcare doesn’t care about anything but money. Glad I got my grandma out.
