I came to Ivy Hill with Bilateral ruptured patella tendons and not being able to walk. After a few weeks I am walking out of Ivy Hill literally. The PT department was great with helping me learn how to walk and climb steps again.

A shockingly low quality facility, and management that appears to be seriously compromising services for profit. Ivy Hill under Zari Segal’s management only reached out to the patient’s family about payment - NEVER about the patient’s wellbeing (a 47 year old recent stroke victim). By far the worst aspect is that Ivy Hill’s Dr. Zev Klapholz colluded with Aetna to cut off rehabilitation treatment entirely, stating it was no longer needed! Our loved one subsequently moved to a quality facility and is now receiving the required 3 hours of daily rehabilitation for the next 6-12 months. Cleanliness is compromised as persistent bathroom plumbing problems weren’t fixed, and I saw a centipede run across the bed. After this experience I would never again trust Ivy Hill Rehabilitation to care for a loved one.

This place truly believe they are a 5 star facility. Which is far from the truth. The 2nd &3rd floor of this place is filthy. The bathrooms smell of urine, residents bedroom floors are sticky and dirty, trash cans has not been emptied in two days. Administration is fully aware of what's going on in this building and truly don't care. The CNA's on the 2nd floor are never seen doing anything for the residents, they are sitting behind the desk talking with each other. As if they have nothing else to do, which really do appear that way. The food they serve looks like slop. I was sitting in my family member room, at Ivy Hill Nursing & Rehab the beginning of this week. The CNA served my family member his food tray, and I'm glad I was there at the time. Because she gave him the wrong tray. I was able to give it back to her even though I had already cut the food up because my family member was not able to eat a regular diet meal. This place need to be investigated
