My father was here short term for rehabilitation from an injury. Often times staff would not take his vitals and mark that they did, the room wasn't cleaned for days at a time, meds were inconsistent or missing, etc. Some of the staff were okay but there is a lot of room for improvement. Facilities very outdated.

If you cannot check up in person with your loved one on at least a weekly basis, do not send them here because they don't answer the phone and you can't reach the rooms with any kind of call system. The staff need to be monitored to make sure they keep up with doctors instructions and other issues.

Don't answer the phone and when they do you can hear the staff talking in the background until they hang up on you. Not following doctor's instructions on how to care for my patient. Staff seem nice sometimes but overall not a place I would willingly send my loved one.

No a/c people covered in feces. Short staffed. Charges of neglect locked windows with no way of opening them. The place stinks in appropriate meds given . 3 people died on weekend with out a/c in rooms . You tell me. We removed mom emergency movepics of laundry where clothes go to get lost

My mom has been at Inglehaven (assisted living area) for about a 2 years. Management seems to change often, and employee turnover is always happening. The care she receives is average for $5, 600 a month. The walk way & entrance to assisted living is a disgrace. Dead bushes, big thistles, dead trees in green space & right next to parking area. It seems like there is no pride in the facility. Last Winter there was one light working on the backside of the building where you enter the assisted living. There are many other light fixtures out there but only one on. Probably just needs new bulbs but no one cares! It is very poorly lit. Below are pictures taken today of the sidewalk that takes you to the assisted living entrance. How inviting is that bench in the 3rd picture where you can visit with your loved one surrounded by thistles & other weeds? I believe the facility is owned by someone in Illinois who is taking in the dollars & not investing in the facility. 10/31/2023 The light bulbs were found & now in the fixtures. Congrats to moving in the direction of safety.
