I am tremendously grateful for the care my mother has received as a resident of the Assisted Living neighborhood at Ingleside at King Farm. Our experience has been outstanding since she moved in about a year and a half ago. The nursing staff are compassionate and skilled, providing the peace of mind we were seeking in making the transition from a home environment. Following a brief hospitalization, my mother received skilled nursing care on the same floor as her apartment – what a relief from the previous routine of scrambling for an open bed in another rehab facility! The range of activities offered each day to assisted-living residents is amazing. My mother especially enjoys the exercise classes, musical concerts, flower-arranging sessions, and documentary programs. Another great feature of assisted living at IKF is the atmosphere provided by the vibrant independent-living community. We have taken advantage of art displays, top-notch performances, and worship services offered to the entire community. It is always a pleasure to visit. Staff and residents alike are unfailingly friendly, courteous, and helpful. We have really enjoyed the pleasant dining venues and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces on the first floor, where we can meet with friends and hold family celebrations. All in all, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at IKF. Recommended 100%!

In searching for placement for a family member, I had the pleasure of speaking with the Resident Care Coordinator, Shar. She provided pertinent information, with patience and understanding. Very knowledgeable, and kind. I am definitely considering Ingleside in the near future.

I stopped in just to take a look around and see what the place was about—and I was immediately greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The staff and concierge were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the care they provide. You can tell right away that this team is dedicated to making everyone feel seen, heard, and supported. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal and attentive from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended!

My aunt was placed in this nursing home by her son, trusting that she would be cared for and treated with respect. Instead, what she experienced was neglect, mistreatment, and abuse. She passed away from a black eye that was caused from the abuse inside from the staff, she was already frail and the trauma from the black eye caused her to pass away. They abused her to death. No elderly person should ever suffer an injury like that in a facility that claims to provide care. That injury wasn’t just physical, it was a warning sign of the deeper harm she was enduring. The staff offered no real explanation, took no accountability, and showed no urgency or compassion. It’s clear this facility does not prioritize the safety or well-being of its residents. Please, do not send your loved ones here. This place is not safe, and no one deserves to spend their final days in fear, pain, or silence. What happened to my aunt should never happen to anyone.

I’m so heartbroken to write this review my aunt Florie reside at this nursing fr several years She had dementia. Her son left her in the home and never went back to see her I visit her Occasionally, not very many family members went to see her when she was Pronounce dead Due to a fall yet, my aunt was not mobile she could not walk or talk. She was bedridden so how could she have fallen when we went to go see her at the funeral parlor before her cremation she had a blackeye wondering if a staff member has beaten her at this nursing home. She had reside in Jefferson area of the nursing home supposedly the trauma to the head caused her death. Family members took photos of her deceased body at the Funeral Home With her left eye, black and blue ,nothing is going to be done about this because her son took all of her money and never even once visit his mother he was waiting for her to pass away so there was nothing any other family members could do. We do not have any power of attorney! Now tell me if someone had fallen, the whole body would’ve been bruised, but that was not the case. It was only her left eye. Somebody punched her in her eye at that nursing home I called and I left a messages but of course,. Nobody returned my call because her son has the power of attorney. May the Lord do his good work Let vengeance be the Lord ! nobody from the nursing home will not talk to anybody! We can’t prove it, but we know it! May God be her vengeance To everybody who wronged her just remember your day will come!
