I went to Ignite to visit my family member. The room was very well kept, and so was the rest of the place. It smelled very clean in the building. The staff was very nice, always smiling and helpful. The interior of the building is bright and cheerful.

I've visited my family in rehab on the weekends. There is staff at the front desk. When you arrive, there is video check in of your face and it saves the info for future visits. Unique security feature. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Seem genuinely happy to work there. Dietary staff, sweet lady with pixie cut, went above and beyond for our dinner. Treated my relative like she was family.

After a hospital visit a friend of mine was transferred here, the staff was very polite and welcoming. The place was very clean and it smelled clean too. They had a nice dining area and her room was like a nice hotel room . My friend said she has been getting physical therapy and 3 meals a day which she loves . From all that I saw I would definitely recommend this to a loved one or friend .
