My first interaction with Addison Point was with Tiffany. What a godsend. This lady knew exactly what to do with my mother who was in the hospital and needed rehabilitation. Tiffany made the phone calls and did the paperwork that helped make a smooth transition from the hospital to the rehabilitation center. Just ask for her when you have questions about the total health care system and benefits.

My sister was a resident for over 4 years. I feel she was well cared for during her time there. The family was always informed of changes in her condition, and involved in decision making. The facility was clean and the staff was caring and concerned with her well being. We felt comfort in knowing she was there.

I came here to volunteer and found the facility very clean! The staff was amazing and helpful. They engaged nicely with the residents! I helped served the lunch meal and all the residents were very happy with the food- I also ate food myself and thought it was very good!
