After 6 years and two other facilities in Michigan that were not able to provide adequate dementia care we moved my mom to TRCC where she lived out her days in a safe well cared for environment. We will never regret the decision as hard as it was. The care was superior from the Executive Director to the nurses aide. Everyone was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about our experience.

I'd like to set the record straight concerning another review. This place is great. They truly did care and take care of my mom. The place is clean. The apartment my mom stayed in was wonderful. It was newly turned over, clean, and updated. I had no problem when I talked to any of the staff, whether it was nurses, CNAs, techs, maintenance, concierge, or other administrative staff. They were all friendly, polite and helpful. There was one staff member early on that my mom didn't feel comfortable with so they did changes necessary to prevent them from assisting her again. I know my mom did have a hard time pressing the call button and that doesn't make it a long response time. The nurse practitioner, seeing a doctor, and transportation to and from appointments were all discussed and explained during my initial visit before choosing this place. (How involved have you been the past few years? Where were you in her after surgery care? You thought she could just take care of herself after her knee replacement and subsequent issues.) They practices involving the NP and doctor completely valid and inline if, not better than other places in the area. As far as dining goes my mom ate the food and enjoyed it. The dining room always seemed to have people in it enjoying their meals when I was visiting. You're right, this place doesn't have a personal nurse, cook, attendant, chauffer, or other staff for each and every resident. That's also not what they claim to do. This place really made my mom's last few months as best as possible. Following the craziness of your tantrum because they wouldn't notarize what you wanted to convince my mom of your lies, you decided to bad mouth the place. Good news though, the lies you told the LaPorte County Adult Protective Services Investigator about this place, the care they provided, and about myself were all deemed inaccurate when she did her investigation. Also the lies you told the Funeral Director... yeah she also realized were just lies.

Absolutely love the memory care and staff. My mom has been a resident since November and I can see a change in her already from her last home. I feel completely comfortable leaving her and knowing she is well taken care of. The staff treats each resident as family.

We had a great experience at Residences at Coffee Creek. Not only is it a new and an inviting environment, the team was our partner from the start. I remember how Natalie was so nice and helping us transition my mother to her new place. The community is so welcoming that people with dementia can manage more easily and not be overwhelmed. This really worked for my mom. She was comfortable there from the start, and that had not happened at her previous place. We will be forever grateful to the team at Residences at Coffee Creek. They made all of our lives better and allowed me to worry less.

Residences at Coffee Creek is an outstanding and beautiful place for our dad. He recently moved into his new memory care apartment and the whole process has been an extremely positive experience. I have been consistently informed how well our dad is doing and how much they enjoy having him there. Most importantly, he is happy, healthy, and wonderfully adjusting. I cannot say enough what a blessing it is to know that dad is surrounded by such a caring and wonderful staff!
