I am very grateful and pleased with the care my mom is receiving at Ignite Medical Resort in Hanover Park, Illinois. Due to a fall she had at home she was admitted for Skilled Care Nursing/Rehab receiving PT and OT and treating her UTI. From every department of the facility, I feel genuine care provided. From the front desk to house keeping to PT and OT, Social worker- Susana, Hospitality, CNA's and Nurses, we are very thankful. We have had wonderful interaction and kindness. The communication has been transparent, continual and prompt. Thank you to the entire healthcare team caring for my mom.
