I hope Holy Redeemer trains their administrative staff better. Since Redeemer Health is currently under a two year probationary period for a seperate violation, the experience i had with a physician should have never occurred. The VP of women's health should really learn to explore a situation when a patient starts to tell about it, not dismiss the patient. Or wait 3 months for a formal report for action to be taken. I hope the president, Greg Wozinak, wakes up and finds a new VP of women's health, or mandates some type of training. With the current VP in charge, things are being handled poorly.<br>Christina Marczak should definitely be sent for training,I hope holy redeemer wises up because she handled a situation in a terrible manner. When patients share concerns, they should be taken seriously, especially when the physician admitted that she breached her ethical duty. Christina Marczak brushed the patient aside and told her a lawyer was not needed..... And look at that.....The patient was correct., the issue was real and validated. And the hospital is responsible. I hope Christina learns not to give out legal advice again. I hope Christina Marczak learns something about listening to patients and not push them aside. If something seems wrong, it probably is. I hope Holy Redeemer, more specifically, Christina Marczak, is held accountable and some type of training is mandated.

Gave birth here December 2025. They called me only a few hours after giving birth while I was laying in my hospital bed for my copay. Sooo tacky! Now, 8 months later I’m still having billing issues and it seems I am pretty much being double billed for their services. Be careful. They will make you owe money on their portal AND send separate paper bills all having different amounts. It’s very confusing and seems almost like a scam because they really need money. I have spoken to multiple women I know who have recently given birth here and are having very similar billing issues. The hospital also is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Very unfortunate experience for a first time Mom. Definitely will not be returning.

Went to the emergency room today. Helpful and quick at registration and triage. Went inside emergency area. Dr came in right away and after explaining what was going on with me, he basically dismissed me, said he would run a few tests, but basically they weren't going to help me. Waited approximately 1/2 hour, shivering on a gurney. No nurse came in, no monitors were attached and no one even offered me a blanket or pillow. 63 and complaining of dizziness and they didn't even hook me up to a heart monitor. I pay $950 just to walk into an emergency room and I got treated like I was nothing. My problems weren't worthy of help or attention. When I walked out, the nurse said "well the doctor put in your orders. This is an emergency room, we are busy." When I walked into the emergency room, there was no one in the emergency waiting room and one ambulance arrived when I was there. I could hear the staff at the Nurse's station talking and laughing. I use to work in a hospital, if the emergency room was hopping, no one would be at the nurse's station. The doctor was dismissive, uncaring and unreassuring he would or could help me, the nursing was non existent. The level of uncaring in any hospital is concerning, but when it comes from a Catholic hospital it is sad and shocking.<br>Patient care is non existent in America 's Healthcare system today regardless of Religious affiliation. The lack of caring about people in general is concerning and apparently an antiquated concept. If you are an older woman trying to get medical help, forget about it, you should just start digging your graves now.
