My family has had a wonderful experience with Hopkins Rehabilitation and Care Center. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing excellent rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. The therapists were patient and helped make recovery much easier.

Friday 7/10 the recreation staff at Hopkins in Brooklyn held a fabulous ice cream social on the second floor that stimulated great conversation and community among the residents. The staff reached out to those who couldn’t leave their rooms with exciting chocolate or vanilla creations! The day before this same creative group designed and made their own yacht and a parade to go with it. They marched around every hall and lobby of every floor, bringing the 250th celebration to everyone who couldn’t attend the NYC festivities and Fleet Week. Hopkins is to be commended for having creative, warm, outgoing staff who truly care about helping the residents feel a part of the world. A warm thank you to all the recreation staff!!!👍🫶

My husband Reynold was recently there for recovery from a fractured hip. In fact this was his second time at Hopkins. I chose Hopkins again because of the excellent physical therapy along with the nurses, certified nurses aides and doctors of 2 east. Also they welcomed my husband's service dog Foofoo. Careline Concierge along with the administration was also helpful.

I’m writing this review in memory of my sister, who recently passed away after spending time at Hopkins Center Rehab. While losing her has been incredibly difficult for our family, I wanted to share some appreciation for the care she received during her stay. One of the things she truly enjoyed was the activities offered at the facility. They gave her something to look forward to each day, helped keep her engaged, and brought moments of joy during a challenging time in her life. Seeing her participate and smile meant a lot to our family. Many of the nurses, aides, and staff members treated her with kindness and respect, and we are grateful for the compassion they showed. It meant a great deal to know that people were looking out for her and trying to make her comfortable. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the food. She often felt that the meals could have been better in terms of quality and variety. Improving that would likely make residents’ experiences even better. Overall, we appreciate the efforts of the staff and the positive moments my sister experienced there, especially through the activities she loved. Thank you to those who helped care for her and bring some brightness to her days. 🕊️

Such a beautiful place with wonderful people. As you walk in. You are greeted with a smile from the receptionist and the modern cozy atmosphere. My grandmother loved it here. She was well taken care of and we will definitely come back. Such a wonderful experience and place to heal and go home when ready.
