My experience with HomeWell was exceptional. Robert and the nurses are great at communication and following up with the patient making sure everything is going well with their care. I highly recommend their services.

Our family utilized HomeWell Care Services in Charlotte NC for our younger sister who has Alzheimers Disease prior to our ability to move her into a qualified assisted facility. Roberto and his team were outstanding: listening to our needs for our sister's companionship wishes, driving her to activities, and genuinely seeking to help her feel safe and loved during the time we used HWCS services. Most importantly, when we early on discovered that our assigned caretaker was not a good match for our sister, Roberto and his team quickly and proactively moved to make a change to another caretaker who was perfect for our sister's needs and personality. We are happy to recommend HomeWell Care Services without reservation to you and your families.

Great service for my wife who needs care at home. HomeWell is very responsive to her needs and has connected us with a great caregiver. She helps with laundry, changing bed sheets and many other househild and caregiving tasks. We are very happy with her and this company.

Homewell Care services has been a great resource and help with my mom. They are caring and ensure we got the best person to fit my mothers needs They have also been awesome with last minute requests for care and shifts when we needed it the most Highly recommend Robert and his agency for your needs

Roberto and his company maintain extreme professionalism and communication. Not only is my main CNA prompt, caring, attentive, helpful and kind; she has truly become a best friend. Their company proves by their actions they take great pride in hiring the best to care for you or your loved ones. I have personally been using them for 4 months and could not be more pleased. Should there be an issue raised, it is addressed immediately and in a respectful manner. Roberto is very professional and responsive and I look forward to my continued business with them. HIGHLY recommend! 5+ ⭐️
