This is the last place I would send my loved one too. They don’t train caregivers, they have horrible communication, the turnaround rate is ridiculous. The entire staff was great previously, but they fired everyone that was good in the office and now they intro director, Emily has no idea what she’s doing and is not a fit to lead a company. This would definitely be the last place on earth I would ever tell someone to work or have this company care for the loved ones.

This is written on behalf of Judy W. I have been with HCBD for two years and the care givers are wonderful and take quality care of me and my home. They help around my house, food prep, shopping, dr appointments and just rides to get out of my home. They are family to me and I am blessed to have them in my life. It is not only the in home care it is also the ones behind the scenes that make it all happen so that at almost 85 I’m still in my home where I feel safe and comfortable. The support staff check in every few months to make sure my needs haven’t changed and are currently being met. I am thankful for them all as I want to finish my life out in my home and not in a nursing home setting and with the care I receive I believe that is very possible for me to do.
