My sister is in this facility and while it is somewhat outdated it is clean and the staff is extremely friendly! My only concern is that my Sister’s room is very small and she shares it with a roommate!

My mom is not being properly cared for in this place. They steal her expensive lotion, shampoo and face wipes. Ive complained multiple times. They put her in a small uncomfortable wheel chair all day long to where her ankles are swollen really bad. The executive director misspoke when I tried to have my mother transferd to a cleaner much nicer facility but she was ultimately rejected because of what the director said. Everytime I go to see her her face and scalp are so chapped and dry. She has had wounds on her arms and face that I cannot explain. I will get my mother moved!
