We are so thankful to welcome HCAN of Council Bluffs into our home. The leadership and staff have helped us identify our level of care and establish a routine that works for all of us. Following a back injury in October I needed help with transportation and regular activities including food, laundry and cleaning. Home Care Advocacy was new in the Council Bluffs area and I was fortunate to be one of their first clients. Niki and her team were caring and knowledgeable and made day to day life much less difficult. Their encouragement and guidance during my recovery are much appreciated!

For those reviewing reviews, do know that all the reviews prior to mine are the owners and friends. There is a great deal of brushing the issues under the rug and misleading clients. The company has lost numerous clients due to lack of communication, overcharging, throwing any staff at a clients home regardless of the importance of consistency. And, the company just opened. Not good. And, the reviews all want to stress how good one person is. Keep in mind, that one person quite possibly is the reason for clients leaving the company. If you are going to reach out to this company, ask how long this particular office has been open, how many clients they have, and how many clients have already left and why. If they choose not to respond, then they might be hiding something.

I love HCAN of SW Iowa. I met with the team here and they are extremely knowledgeable. They have caregivers who love to assist and they are skilled. The team at HCAN of SW Iowa is in the business for all the right reasons and they are a great resource to tap into if your loved one needs care like personal care, dementia care of if your senior loved one needs support in general.
