Home Stewards Health Services provided excellent caregivers to care for my 99-year-old mother at home. Home Stewards was very responsive to my mom's health and personal care needs, and they matched the caregivers accordingly. If I had a question or concern, the administration responded in a timely manner to address my call. I felt very confident that my mom was cared for with love, compassion and patience. If I had to do it again, I would choose Home Stewards Health Services.

Pauline is the person to talk to at Home Stewards. She will greet you and make you feel welcomed. Pauline has become part of my family for the last 3 years. Understand I’ve had many agencies for me and my mom RIP but none of the agencies can touch Home Stewards. Pauline actually visited me in the hospital. After my mom passed she has become the most comforting person I know. I’ve been taken care by the best care givers no complaints. I recommend Pauline and Home Stewards as a your agency. You won’t regret it,

The owner Paulene does not keep in contact with the client (voice message is full too) and says it's the aid's job to communicate; as they are all independent contractors. If your aid does not show up, there is no replacement. On 9/6/22 my aid Maria came in and left in exactly one min. She told Paulene she didn't need to be there as I was home working remotely... This was not true as I was at work! No one called me or even laid eyes on me. She left my 81 year old diabetic mother alone all day with no food, drink or diaper change. I came home and her sugar was 55, it was total neglect, and a CYA attitude. They will believe their aid over the client (I even sent pictures). Please steer clear of this agency and especially Maria if you want the services you signed up for with your loved one.
