Although all the office staff have been wonderful, Elizabeth "Lizzie" K. has been outstanding. She has consistently gone above and beyond to help get my parents set up for the first time with Home Instead--a work-in-progress which she has cheerfully and thoroughly embraced. My parents love her and hope they can work with someone like her! Home Instead is fortunate to have someone like her doing the initial intakes, supervision, and follow-up. We are so grateful.

They were amazing with an awful situation. My husband had knee replacement surgery and I got sick at the exact same time. We needed a caregiver to take care of BOTH of us and Monica helped me the same day!! I don’t know what we would have done without this wonderful company. They are truly angels and a life saver. They sent precious Pauline within 5 hours of contacting them.

Mercy was fantastic! She was attentive to my Mom and her needs, as well as my Dad who is the primary caretaker for my Mom. Mercy was compassionate and truly had my Mom's best interests at heart. We would definitely recommend Mercy as a caregiver, as well as Home Instead if you are needing support for your parent or loved one.

My cousin has mild dementia and is living in a senior living apartment near Coppell Texas. Her current caregiver, Christina, from Home Instead Coppell is phenomenal. She accomplishes all tasks on our family's checklist and adds marvelous details: my cousin's friends who sit at her dining table, activities she participates in, any problems occurred during the day. She is extraordinarily conscientious, and I can see that she cares for my cousin a great deal and watches out for her happiness. It gives our family assurance that all is well with our cousin, even when we are not "around."
