My mother was admitted there after knee surgery with a goal of rehabilitation. Unfortunately, it’s a retirement community center and they did not do any rehabilitation and would not even let her get out of bed and walk to her bathroom. According to my mother, the food is very bland and unflavored, often times not correct from what she ordered.
She was, neglected more times than she was given any attention to. I would NOT EVER send anybody there for rehabilitation much less convalescence.

After a total knee replacement I spent two and a half weeks recovering at Holladay Park Plaza (HPP). During that time I was cared for by extraordinary personnel at all levels. As soon as I arrived I was met by friendly and welcoming staff.

My comfort and recovery was of upmost importance to all staff I encountered. Everyone I met were professional, compassionate and displayed a certain amount of lightheartedness when appropriate. I would highly recommend HPP as a place to stay while recovering from any health related circumstance.

This is a lovely facility. I am impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the caregivers. There’s a truly “family” feeling about it. My room and bath were clean, bed was comfortable and once I told the social services director that I had no dietary restrictions, the food was very good.
