My daughter was having difficulty breathing, and it was one of the scariest moments of our lives. The doctors, nurses, and staff at Hoboken University Medical Center acted quickly and with such compassion. They got her breathing back to normal, kept us informed, and treated us with genuine care. This hospital is a gem in our community, and I sincerely hope it remains open. I'm deeply grateful to everyone who helped my daughter

I had a great experience at this hospital. I’ve been to this hospital plenty of times for different issues and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I wanted to highlight my recent experience with Leena Patel, an ultrasound tech. She was extremely nice and walked me step-by-step through each process. She was even able to walk me through the process of what happens after my ultrasound and she was so caring! Amazing individual!

Me and my wife after having a discussion with our Gynecologist Dr Rakhee Patel decided to give birth of our child at Hoboken University Medical Center. I had a very positive experience for the 3 days we spent here. The Nurses both in the labor room and maternity services and the doctors at the hospital including Gynecologist, anesthesia and pediatricians were so amazing. Hospital had such as positive environment and everyone had great attitude. Nurses and Dr would come to ask us every hour for anything we might require. I would like to thank Dr Rakhee Patel and Nurse Teagan from Maternity department for being such a nice person and taking care of my wife and child. We delivered our baby on May 12, 2026. Thanks Hoboken University Medical Center and the entire staff for such a great experience. God bless everyone!

I wanted to take A minute to thank the medical staff at Hoboken, Medical Center for their outstanding care during my stay ant the hospital. Everyone was very caring, and compassionate., The nurses and care staff were all very helpful in every way. Whenever I called or requested anything, they were right there ready to assist me in whatever it was I needed. Everyone here is absolutely the best; down to the receptionist on entry to the hospital. I have to say, this was the best care I have ever gotten during a hospital stay. I rate it A+

I had a dangerously high blood pressure spike and I had to go to the ER. I was a little hesitant to go to this hospital first, but it was close to my home. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The ER took me in immediately, got my vitals and all my details and then took me to be seen right away. I saw a nurse, then a doctor, then another nurse and another doctor. Each person explained to me all the procedures that they were going to try to bring my blood pressure down. They finally succeeded after three hours. And then they told me that I was to be admitted to the hospital to make sure things were stable. (Although overnight was also not good news to me.) I was pleasantly surprised again when I was taken to a room up on the floor. The nursing care was excellent, attentive, and transparent, whereas they explained everything that they were doing and why. The place was also very clean. The only thing I might suggest is paint the walls. The hospital condition looks like it’s working on a “tight budget”. But honestly, whatever extra money they have should be paid to the nurses and attendants. Because they did an excellent job.
