There are some good nurses here don’t get me wrong. They treat them like crap. I’ve been here for a little over 3 weeks and the physical therapy went good. Even though I could do just about everything before coming. Feel like they milked the system to keep me. Had a wound and poop bag and they were suppose to train me on how to change this. They have showed me once and sending me home. How is this therapy. There was an elderly woman who was sleeping and another man patient got out of his room and went into her room and got in bed with her. You have to wait forever for the call light. You never know when you will get your food. I would not recommend this place. Beware

My son was there for 20 days. They weren't helpful and they weren't very helpful. He didn't get his food on time. It took usually 1 to 2 hours after he order it. He is a diabetic and they need to eat on time e. Today he was to get home and it was so messed up. He was to get out at 11 this morning, then at 1, didn't come and the was told it would be 2 and that came and went, I had to ho and pick him up otherwise he wouldbe out yet. The upper management does not communicate with anyone. They can't communicate with each other. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They don't care about the patient or the help. There are 3 great people who work there.

My mother was there for 2 days and we pulled her out of there because they made her sit in her urine for about an hour and a half. She kept pressing the call light, and they kept ignoring her for an hour. I was experiencing stuff there so I looked at the reviews and i'm like, wow, that's just crazy. Don't ever take your loved ones there. Because they a lot of them don't take care of their patient's that great!! Lisha and one of the nurses took great care of her but other than that no one else really did. I don't recommend this place at all!! Thank you Lisha and the daytime nurse for taking great care of my Mother. I want to give them recognition because they were excellent with her. 💓

Please, I truly urge you to pursue any alternative options if they are available. It was one of the most difficult and heartbreaking experiences for my family to watch my dad go through his time in this facility. While the rehabilitation services (PT, OT, etc.) were acceptable, the day-to-day care was often deeply concerning and, at times, felt inhumane. My dad fell twice during his stay—one of those falls resulted in a brain bleed. There didn’t appear to be any effective systems in place to alert staff when someone who was a known fall risk attempted to get up. There were also instances where it took more than 30 minutes for someone to respond to a call button when he needed help to go to the bathroom. My dad was incredibly fortunate to have family members there every day advocating for him, but the unfortunate reality is that many residents do not have that kind of support. This facility accepts individuals with higher levels of need, yet it does not appear to have the staffing levels or safeguards necessary to properly meet those needs. As a result, some residents may experience care that falls short of the dignity and attention they deserve.

While this building is aesthetically very nice, this is the single worst facility I have ever been in. My mother in law was in here for two weeks for rehab after having a pacemaker put in. The PT Sara was absolutely amazing, as was the OT and Lindsey the NP. Along with one lady named Lucy that delivered snacks who was kind and sweet as could be. The ENTIRE rest of the staff in this building is horrific. Starting with the coordinator for Railroad hallway. The neglect of not only my mother in law but others we personally witnessed was abhorrent. My husband even spoke to the Administrator who did absolutely nothing about the neglect. I intend on filing a formal complaint with the State Dept of Health, along with Medicare. This facility needs shut down or completely restaffed starting at the top with the Administration... My mother in law left there today to go back to her assisted living and immediately had to be taken to the ER, because she was so severly dehydrated. The level of neglect to have person in a "care/rehab facility" be so severly dehydrated that they have to go directly to the ER is incomprensible. Do not under any circumstance take your loved one to this facility.
