I went there Saturday to visit a close friend. I called for over 2 hours and could not get anyone to answer a phone to see if she was still in the facility before driving 30 minutes to see her. Finally decided to drive there anyway. Front doors were not locked, no security. No one at the front desk. Walked the halls and found her room which was empty. Nurses station was next to her room. No one at the nurses station. I could not find a caregiver anywhere to ask if she had been moved or released. Just from my short time in the facility, lack of security, lack of a front desk person monitoring who is coming or leaving (possible patient walking out), and no nurses or caregivers, I would not recommend this place.

Thank you to us all who have celebrated with love in the life of my family and friend Zenaida (Zee)!! An amazing strong and proud woman her whole life....I personally visited her daily and knowing she is happy, safe, and well cared for...I believe We All do a good job as this is what I see. I am proud of us all. Everyday for the remainder of my life, I will see memories of my friend Zee....Sounds like a great life, Thank you Zenaida for all that you blessed me with. I will cherish it all..

My sister has gone a week without a shower. After being there 2 days she was sent to the ER due to lack of care. Now she's back there again, and is not getting required daily care. The nursing and rehab staff have been incredible, but they are clearly understaffed and don't have the allowed time to cover all the patients. This requires the hired agency care techs to do their job properly, and they are failing. Their lack of patient care is horrendous. Not properly cleaning the patients, leaving them in painful positions whether in bed, or stuck in a wheelchair for hours, waiting with stress and anxiety wondering if they are coming back as promised. After numerous complaints from the patients, these care techs continue to keep thier jobs. Why?
