Hillcrest Gardens Daly City

Hillcrest Gardens Daly City is an affordable housing community in Daly City, California, serving low-income seniors aged 62 and older. The community consists of 40 one-bedroom apartments located just eight miles from downtown San Francisco, with convenient access to BART and bus transit.

Each apartment is furnished with a 16-cubic-foot top freezer/refrigerator and electric range/oven. The community provides a service coordinator to help residents connect to community and medical services, supporting their health and social needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet owners must follow established rules regarding registration, inoculation, sanitary disposal of waste, and restraint of pets in common areas to maintain a safe living environment for all residents.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout the premises. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and are required to ensure that neither they nor their guests smoke in apartments or anywhere on the property.
