I spoke with Nikka about finding a place for my uncle. Nikka was very responsive and helpful and even though my uncle was not a fit for Serra Highlands due to his condition, Nikka gave me great information so I could continue my search for another facility. Most places don’t give you the time of day because you are wasting their time. Please call her if you need information about Serra Highlands!

I went with a good friend to check out the place. Nikka Solis was our guide - she gave us a thorough tour and valuable advice on choosing the best living arrangements. Our hour-long meeting was packed with useful information. Ask her about her cream puffs - they were delicious.

Giving This Review 1 start only half of the worker very unprofessional activity person is very gossip and unprofessional some staff yelled to his own employee for making mistake he could had talked to him very politely and needs an action to those people who are entitled kitchen manager(Him) and Activity person (L) thank u

Although we discovered Serra Highlands was not the best fit for our mother, we left with a good impression. It was clean, organized and staff was friendly.The following day, I spoke with Ruth briefly and she is someone with a wealth of knowledge and was willing to be a resource of information even though were no longer interested in the facility. She was awesome!

We truly enjoyed our visit at Serra Highlands Senior Living. Elaina received us, gave us a detailed description of the facility. Even though my mother is not qualified for their facility, she still gave us a comprehensive tour and recommendations for the facility that would be suitable for my mother. Elaina is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the banana bread that Elaina gave us as a gift was delicious.
