My loved one had a wonderful experience with Golden Heights in Daly City. The facility was very clean, and the staff showed such compassion and respect toward my family throughout their stay. I also loved seeing the special Mother’s Day celebration they put together—it was a sweet and thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. Highly recommend.

Golden Heights Healthcare truly stands out. The staff is exceptional, professional, compassionate, and always welcoming to residents and families alike. The environment feels warm and supportive, and the facility is consistently clean and well maintained, both inside and out. The location is also very convenient, just off the freeway and within five minutes of the nearest hospital, which provides great peace of mind. I can’t say enough good things about Golden Heights Healthcare. What makes this place special is the people. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. You can feel the compassion the moment you walk in. The nursing team, caregivers, therapy staff, and everyone in between work so hard and always go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for. There is so much kindness, patience, and respect shown every day. What I appreciate most is how much heart there is here. The staff are attentive, communication with families is thoughtful, and residents are treated with dignity. It’s not just about providing care — it’s about creating a place where people feel supported and valued. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere that makes a difference. All the photos I’ve seen online show a clean facility, but that has not been my experience. If you look more closely, many areas are dirty and dusty. I rarely see cleaners maintaining the rooms, as most of the attention seems focused on the lobby. To management: please ensure that janitorial staff properly clean and mop the room floors on a regular basis. Additionally, many staff members appear unhappy in their roles. When greeted, they often do not respond. A basic level of respect and professionalism would greatly improve the experience for everyone. If conditions do not improve, I will document the issues with photos and report them to the appropriate health department. This is especially concerning for individuals with health conditions. I hope to see improvements soon.
