My family member has been well cared for at this nursing home. The staff is kind, attentive and respectful. The facility is clean and comfortable. There’s always room for small improvements, but overall we’re grateful for the quality of care they provide.

This is not even a 1 STAR. This is a no star! Why does this place exist. Do not place your loved ones in this place. They have neglected my father who lives here and it has not been the best. This place is horrible! They will neglect your loved ones. This place has left my dad with long extremely long nails and long beard and hair. They will not change their briefs for hours or days. I have went to visit my dad so many times and everytime he has a dirty brief. How is is possible for a brief to be nearly black? Neglect? Not checking on them or changing them in your shift. The staff is horrible. Based off the care from my dad.the staff isn’t doing their job,the right proper people are not being called to go down there to do a nail trim,a haircut. I go in there myself and shower my father because he’s always dirty. If a loved one refuses you keep<br>Trying or you have someone else try. Nope. They leave them just as they are. I have worked in different rehabs,AL,Memory care, Front desk for about 4 years and this is disappointing seeing the neglect my father has received.
